General Information |

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date. When a date has been confirmed by Teaberry Cottage, you will be emailed (or USPS, if necessary) an invoice for a $100 deposit. When this invoice is paid your party will be confirmed and your date reserved. You date is NOT reserved until the receipt of the deposit. |

Teaberry Cottage prefers payment by MasterCard or Visa, but will accept personal checks if prior arrangements have been made. Typically parties are billed in three parts, an initial deposit, 1/2 remaining balance at time invitations are sent, and final payment 1 week prior to the event. All payments invoiced by Teaberry Cottage according to the schedule you receive at the time you reserve your party and payment must be made prior to the day of the party. |

Payments |

All payments made are non-refundable. If last minute changes do not allow you to host your party on your reserved date any funds paid to date may be applied to a new date within 90 days of the original date. If the party is cancelled, then all payments made to date are forfeit. |

Once you have talked with us about the availability of your date and have received an email from us with the payment schedule you can make that payment online by clicking on the oval button below. This will take you to a secured site that will accept your credit card payment. Please be sure to complete all the required fields. If you enter your email address you will receive email payment confirmation. We will receive an email telling us that your payment has been made. (Please note, DO NOT make a payment unless you have talked with us before.) |
